I created a simple app to help with required memorization for Navy DCOIC. Note that this app is not endorsed by the Navy in any way.

This requires sideloading the app to your Android device (phone, tablet, Android Fire, etc.), since it is not in the Google Play Store. For instructions on sideloading, refer to the great guide on HowToGeek.
